Meet Suki Collins
As a trained and accredited
coach, Suki Collins has over
20 years’ experience, up to
senior management roles,
within higher education
organisations, primarily within
the Medical School sector and the Finance sector.
Since 1997, she has worked as a coach and HR
specialist on human resource, management
development and organisational change issues.
The focus of Suki’s coaching work is to support
organisations and individuals to achieve their full
potential. Having initially commenced her career
in finance, she worked for several years as a
Credit Analyst for an American company.
After making a career change into Human
Resources she has operated as head of the HR
function in organisations up to 1000 people in
unionised and non-union environments.
How is she qualified
As a HR professional for the last 20+ years she has extensive
experience in the management of a broad range of HR and
people related activities and having had exposure to
significant levels of change, she brings practical approach to
both her coaching and consultancy practice.
In addition to her initial qualifications (BSc (Hons) in Physical
Sciences (Chemistry), Suki has continued her belief in life-long
learning and personal development to achieve the following

Meet Araf Haq
Araf has had a varied
careerpath, as we all will
do in the modern world.
Initially gaining a degree
in Chemistry, moved onto
a career in Employee Relations
and project management in the finance industry.
Later retrained as a chemistry teacher for 16
years and now as a HR manager at a law firm.
During this time he has been trained as a coach,
learnt to become NLP practitioner and have used
these skills in all the sectors that he has worked
in to support organisations and individuals achieve
their full potential.
Outside of work Araf has 2 children and is on the
Board of Governors for his local primary school
and has been chair for many years. He is also
involved with the Local & Wales Chartered
Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) and is a
Chartered Member. He has a deep interest in
education and has worked on many local projects,
from homework clubs to University lead projects.
His latest venture is how to use mindfulness with
himself and the many different areas that he
works in.
